Returns & Exchanges

• We will accept returns for any product that we stock and can be purchased on our website which meets the following conditions:  1.) item is in as new condition and unused with no damage;  2.) product is returned within 30 days from receipt;  3.) product is returned in original packaging and labels/tags securely in place (if any) with a printed copy of your order enclosed.  
• We do not accept returns for any custom items (ie. any items that you cannot purchase on our website).
• Return postage costs will be paid for by the purchaser (unless the product is faulty or defective in which case Mamatherapy can arrange for the return at our cost).
• For refunds we will only refund the price originally paid for the item (and/or other products) and not the original postage costs.
• If an exchange for an alternative product is required then this can be arranged but postage costs for the product will be charged.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
